The following rules have been adopted to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable stay.
SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit in the park is 10 MPH at all times. Please watch for children and pets.
PETS: Pets are welcome, however all pets must be kept on a leash or strictly supervised while outside on RV Park grounds. No pets can be left outside unattended at any time. No pets are allowed in the buildings or pool area except service animals. All pet litter is to be picked up and disposed of immediately.
PARKING: Our park is designed with as much green space as possible and site parking is allowed only on gravel surfaces. Alternative parking is available. Do not block adjacent RV sites and do not park or drive on grassy areas unless hooking to or unhooking from an RV.
RESTRICTIONS: Outside visitors or guests and children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a registered adult guest while utilizing any of the Watts RV Park facilities or grounds including clubhouse, swimming pool, ponds, or fishing.
NO SMOKING: All Buildings at Watts RV Park are Smoke Free. Smoking inside the buildings or restrooms is not allowed and is grounds for immediate expulsion from park.
FACILITIES & SITES: We work hard to provide clean sites, campgrounds and facilities. Please do your part to keep your RV site clean and free of clutter. Garbage cans are provided in convenient locations at each site and throughout the park. Please use them for household garbage only. Do not litter and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground! Please clean up after using any of the RV Park facilities and showers.
LAUNDRY: Our laundry room is open 10 to 10 daily. Please do not hang clothing or swimwear to dry.
FISHING: No swimming in ponds and no boats allowed. No state license is required to fish. You may keep what you catch and please dispose of all fish remains properly.
SWIMMING: No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the pool area. No lifeguard is on duty. No horse play or running. Pool rules and hours of operation are posted at pool.
FIREARMS: No firearms, BB guns or fireworks allowed on premise.
SEVERE WEATHER: In the unlikely event of severe weather please seek shelter in the clubhouse or restrooms.
QUIET TIME: 10:00 PM TO 8:00 AM Daily
