Park General Guidelines

  1. Speed Limit is 10 mph max.  Speed limit applies to all guests and all visitors at all times.
  2. All RV sites and campgrounds must be kept clean and free of clutter. 
  3. Clubhouse and facilities are for the use of RV residents and guests only.  Guests and children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a registered adult resident while utilizing any of the Watts RV Park facilities including showers.  Adult residents are responsible for cleaning up after minor children and guests.
  4. Parking is allowed on gravel surfaces only and only two vehicles are allowed per site.  Alternative parking is available. DO NOT block roads or adjacent RV sites and DO NOT park on grassy areas.
  5. Pets must be on a leash or chain or strictly supervised while outside on RV Park grounds at all times.  Pets may not be left unattended while on a leash or chain. Pets may not dig, burrow, chew or otherwise damage or alter any RV Park grounds or property.  Pets are not allowed in park buildings or the swimming pool area at any time except working dogs for the blind. Permanent kennels,  dog houses, enclosures or other pet containments or any type leash run(s) are not allowed. All pet litter is to be immediately picked up and disposed of properly.
  6. Residents are not allowed to dig, tunnel, or trench in order to hook up or install any satellite or other RV accessory.
  7. Fires are allowed in approved fire rings/containers only.
  8. Please dispose of all fish remains properly.
  9. Quiet is observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am daily.
  10. Observe all other rules posted throughout the park.
