RV Site Regulations

  1. All long term RV’s must be in good shape and in good working order using factory installed compliant systems, utilities, appliances and accessories.    Watts RV Park has sole discretion to determine RV compliance. 
  2. A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  3. Fires are allowed only in designated areas using fire rings and CANNOT be left unattended.  All fires must be tended by an adult at all times and must be extinguished immediately after use.  Fires can only be used as conditions warrant, with extreme caution and good judgment. Do not burn trash in firepots. Watts RV Park abides by all State/County Fire Ban guidelines, restrictions, and advisories.
  4. All RV sites and campgrounds must be kept clean and free of clutter.  It is your responsibility to place garbage in containers provided with lids secured.  Do not leave any garbage unattended on the grounds.   DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS, etc. on the ground and DO NOT LITTER.   Do not dump grill remains (old charcoal, etc.) on park grounds.  Dispose of all trash properly in approved containers.  All fish remains from the cleaning of catch must be disposed of properly.  Do not put live fish remains/entrails in garbage containers.
  5. Parking is allowed on gravel surfaces only.   Extra parking is available at the clubhouse and overflow area. Utility trailers must be parked in the designated overflow area if they are an impediment to normal traffic flow.  ALL VEHICLES (including those of guests) must stay on gravel surfaces at all times except for hooking to or unhooking from RV’s.  The park is designed with as much green space as possible in and around the campsites and all extra vehicular traffic/parking is prohibited on these areas.
  6. Residents and Guests are not allowed to maintain, work on, or repair any vehicle on Watts RV Park property.  All vehicles must be drivable and in good repair.
  7. Speed limit is 10 mph max.  Speed limit applies to all guests and visitors at all times.
  8. Clubhouse, Laundromat, swimming pool, fishing ponds and any other recreational facilities are for the exclusive use of residents and park guests only.  All guests and children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult resident when utilizing any Watts RV Park facility.  Clubhouse / Laundromat / Pool hours are posted and subject to change without notice.  Pool rules are posted at pool and must be strictly observed – no glass containers, no horseplay and no exceptions.  Absolutely no pets allowed in clubhouse or swimming pool area at any time with except working dogs for the blind.   No unattended/unsupervised children (under age 16) allowed at clubhouse, swimming pool, showers or fishing ponds at any time regardless of circumstance.  Registered adults are responsible for cleaning up after their minor children or guests.
  9. All pets must be restrained on a chain, leash or in kennel carrier and strictly supervised at all times while outside on park grounds. No vicious, loud, barking or obnoxious pets allowed.   All pet litter must be promptly picked up and properly disposed of.  Pets should be taken to wooded areas to relieve themselves if possible.   Pets are not allowed to dig, burrow, chew or otherwise destroy or alter the condition of any park grounds or property.  Permanent pet enclosures/dog houses/pens are not allowed.
  10. Quiet is observed from 10 pm. to 8 am.  No loud parties, radios, speakers, etc. which may disturb neighboring residents or guests are allowed at any time.
